Where is my parcel?
How it works
From the sender to your door, each recorded scan adds another step to your parcel's tracking history.
The sender books the shipment
The shop or person sending your parcel registers the shipment. Your shipping confirmation includes the tracking number you need.
It moves through the delivery network
Your parcel travels between sorting hubs and delivery partners. Recorded scans show the date and location of each update.
The final handover at your door
The local delivery team handles the last part of the journey, to your address or a service point, according to the service booked.

Door-to-door delivery
Follow the journey to the address provided by the sender, right up to the final handover.
Clear tracking updates
Read each recorded scan in plain language, with its date and location.
Routes across Europe
Parcels may travel between sorting hubs by road or sea before the local delivery.

Common questions
Help with tracking and delivery. You'll find more answers in the Help centre.
Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in the shipping confirmation from the shop or person who sent your parcel. Check your inbox and spam folder for their message. If you still cannot find it, ask the sender to resend your tracking number.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is my parcel lost?
Parcels are scanned at points along the route, rather than continuously. A gap in the updates can happen while a parcel travels between hubs or by sea. A quiet timeline alone does not show that a parcel is lost. If you are concerned, contact us with your tracking number.
I missed the delivery. What happens now?
The delivery team may make another attempt or leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Check your tracking page and any delivery notice for the instructions for your parcel.
Can I change my delivery address?
It depends on how far the parcel has travelled and the service booked. Contact us as soon as possible with your tracking number and the correct delivery details. Changes may not be possible once the parcel is out for delivery.
